This notice is to remind staff of the various types of support available to them with their research (see website below for further information)
FUNDING
"Dissemination Grant (max. funding $2,000) "Engagement Grant (max. funding $3,000) "Monash Small Grant (max. funding $15,000) "ARC Near-Miss (max. funding $10,000, to be split between applicants) "ARC Link-Assist (max. funding $2,400 50% from University and 50% from Faculty)
CHANGES TO FUNDING SCHEMES
- The maximum amount of funding for the Monash Small Grants Scheme has been increased to $15,000 per proposal, with the proviso that successful applications are of the calibre of being developed into future applications for external competitive grants.
- The Arts Faculty has decided to abolish all Small Grants Schemes with other Faculties, so the Arts/Education Small Grant Scheme will no longer be offered.
- The Faculty Staff Project Grants will no longer be offered.
- ARC Near-Miss funding and Link-Assist funding has been introduced.
