The Faculty of Education is seeking a research active academic staff member to make significant contributions to all activities of the Faculty and to play a significant role in reimagining teacher education for the twenty first century. The University is located in the national capital that enjoys a rich cultural ethos within the relaxed lifestyle of a rural region. The successful applicant will have an outstanding record of research activity, competitive research grants and international refereed publications in teacher education or a related field, and will have demonstrated capacity to engage in entrepreneurial activities. She/he would be responsible for the leadership of the teacher education team and fostering research and postgraduate studies in this area. She/he will be a dynamic, reform-oriented academic leader. This is a full-time, continuing position.
